ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Objective

Capture the attention of high-volume shippers of goods to U.S. customers and raise awareness of a little known “supply chain hack”.

Approach

  • I wrote a compelling story that was light on words, big on visuals. The psychology was to prime fears over trade wars and high shipping costs, then present a way out.
  • I sketched out a high concept editorial cartoon and found a very talented illustrator to render it.
  • I had a designer craft a PDF and I posted to the client’s website, social media profiles and used the content to craft a related webpage about the service (where highly motivated readers could learn more or request a consultation).
  • I seeded the story in numerous Facebook and LinkedIn forums related to Canadian sellers.
